How It Works
PRO offers a multitude of flat rate repairs that cover issues from motherboard repairs, screen replacement, hard drive problems, malware removal, and other services. PRO flat rate pricing is an upfront all-inclusive repair based on a specific problem and includes parts, labor and taxes.
In certain cases, your computer problem may not be covered by one of our flat rate services. In these situations, PRO will perform a free computer diagnostic and provide a free repair quote to get your computer working again. Our computer diagnostics function on first-come, first-served basis and usually require 2-3 days for most hardware and software repairs. At PRO, there is no upfront charge. Our repair process is designed to minimize your downtime, provide you with a flat rate repair cost, and keep you informed about your service order status at all times through our repair portal.
