How It Works
We backup all the files from inside of your user profile, that includes Desktop, Documents, and Pictures. Additional folders or files can be included at no extra cost up to 1TB / computer. We use VSS (Volume Shadow Copy Service) and provide Ransomware protection
Schedule: Every two hours, starting at midnight
Exceptions / Exclusions: We exclude the following file types: *.ost;*.exe;*.tmp;*.iso;*.pst;
Retention Policy: Files deleted locally will be purged form the cloud backup storage after 30 days
Notifications/ Alerts: PRO gets notified every time backup fails
